While the town buzzed with flip-flops and surfboards, he rumbled down Pacific Coast Highway on his Harley, a cowboy in spirit if not in setting. His dark grey cowboy hat wasn’t just for show—it was a fresh buy from the local Boot Barn, chosen the way some folks pick out surfboards: with care, instinct, and a little pride.

Restoration Process: Our Black Label restored vintage hats have been meticulously cleaned, reshaped, destained and fully restored and redesigned with our signature aesthetic. These hats are no longer produced with this exceptional quality of materials, craftsmanship and are considered a treasured artifact of Western heritage.
