- What is your return policy ?

We created this brand for you, and absolutely want you to love what you bought. If something isn’t right, please email us as soon as possible. You may return unworn, unused merchandise purchased on houseofhatters.com in its original packaging, tags included, within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless your order arrives incorrect or damaged, in which case please contact our team for assistance at info@houseofhatters.com for a prepaid return shipping label.

 

- What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Our Customer service team will gladly assist you with returning or exchanging any item purchased on the website. If it arrives damaged or defective (inventory limitations may apply). We may require you to send images of the damage or further information. In some cases, we may request that you return the defective product to us before a replacement is sent out to you. Replacements will be provided at the discretion of House of Hatters.

 

- What happens if my item is out of stock?

At this time, we are unable to make substitutes for out of stock items in your order. House of Hatters provides a capsule collection for each season, meaning each design has a limited number of units. Once the units are completely sold and we are out of stock and are not able to produce more.
